Pilot Business Program

Run real work with Trio. Help us make it better.

The Trio Pilot Business Program works with selected operating businesses to bring real workflows into Trio, learn where the platform fits, and improve what still needs attention.

Selection is limited and participation is governed by the current Pilot terms.

Who the Pilot is for

Built around businesses that are actually doing the work.

The Pilot is for operating businesses with a real workflow to evaluate, the ability to use an agreed starting set, and a willingness to share useful feedback. Interest is reviewed against current capability fit and available support capacity; not every inquiry will be selected.

An operating business

You are already doing real work for customers and can evaluate Trio against a workflow that exists today.

A useful starting workflow

There is a specific process, handoff, or record you want to make clearer rather than a request for every possible feature.

Active, agreed use

Your team can use the selected Trio capabilities often enough to understand where they fit and where they do not.

Practical feedback

You can join structured reviews and describe what helps, what remains unclear, and what needs attention.

What selected businesses may receive

A supported way to put Trio into real work.

The starting point is shaped around a workflow Trio can support today. Selection does not unlock every Manager or promise custom development.

Conditional Pilot access

Selected capabilities at no cost for up to 24 months.

The actual capability set and duration are agreed for each selected business and apply only under signed Pilot program terms.

  • Workflow mapping and onboarding around the agreed starting point.
  • Clear disclosure of included capabilities and known limitations.
  • Periodic review sessions focused on real use and practical next steps.

How participation works

Use it. Review it. Tell us what happens in the real workflow.

The Pilot is a supported evaluation with a defined starting point—not unpaid product work and not a promise that every request will be built.

  1. Tell us about the workflow

Describe the work you do today, the tools involved, and the point where the handoff becomes difficult.

  2. Agree on a starting point

If the Pilot is a current fit, we define the capabilities, limitations, duration, support, and terms before work begins.

  3. Use Trio in the agreed work

Bring the selected workflow into Trio and use it actively enough to evaluate the real operating fit.

  4. Share practical feedback

Review what works, what slows the team down, and what needs attention. Feedback informs learning; it does not guarantee a requested feature.

Trust, consent, and boundaries

Your business story stays yours.

Participation creates a working relationship for the agreed Pilot scope. It does not automatically turn your business into marketing material.

Public use requires approval

Your name, logo, testimonial, or case study is used publicly only with explicit approval and applicable terms.

Scope comes first

Included capabilities, known limits, support, and duration are agreed before participation begins.

Interest is not acceptance

Expressing interest starts a review. It does not guarantee selection or a place in the current Pilot.

Normal controls still apply

Account access, business permissions, and data handling remain governed by Trio’s current product controls and applicable agreements.

Start the conversation

Show us the workflow you want to improve.

Tell us what your business does, what you use today, and where the work gets difficult. We’ll review whether the current Pilot is a practical fit.

Applying does not guarantee selection.
