Prices shown apply to new purchases and renewals during the applicable 2026 pricing period. Future prices may change. Any amount already paid continues to provide access through its existing paid term.
Cancellation and portability
Cancel renewal without losing what you already paid for.
Cancellation stops a future renewal. Monthly access continues through the paid month, and prepaid access continues through its expiration date. After that, new paid Manager work may stop.
- Free Core remains.Your Business foundation does not become a paid lock-in.
- Accepted records remain.Expiry does not delete Core records or retained Manager history.
- Your export path remains.Business Owners can request supported Workbook exports through Data & Portability.

Know what you are choosing.
Is Business Core really free?
Yes. A verified Trio user can create a Business and use the supported, permanent Business Core foundation without a Membership. Optional Managers and other products remain separately entitled.
Is annual billing discounted?
Compare the monthly and annual prices shown for each Manager. Choose annual billing when the savings and a full year of access suit your business.
Can prices change?
Future prices may change for future unpaid purchases or renewals after applicable notice. A change does not reprice or shorten an amount already paid.
What happens to an already-paid term?
It continues through its existing paid expiration date. Canceling renewal does not cut that term short.
What happens when a Manager expires?
New advanced work may stop. Free Business Core remains, and records retained by Core or the Manager stay available through their supported views and controls.
Are Extensions included?
Extensions may be included with a Manager or priced separately when applicable. Exact pricing and scope are shown before purchase.
What about taxes?
Taxes, if applicable, are calculated based on the customer and transaction.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Canceling stops future renewal while access continues through the paid term. Refund eligibility, if any, follows the terms shown before purchase and applicable law. No satisfaction guarantee is currently part of the published pricing terms.
